  • Since November 1st, Visitors will be able to access the archaeological site, from Tuesday to Sunday, in a continuously schedule, from 10:30 a.m. to 6:30 p.mAdvance reservation is required.
  • At 6:30 p.m. the site will be closed and evacuated, so access is not allowed from 6:15 p.m. The site requires a minimum of half an hour to be fully explored.
  • On Mondays, the site will be closed to the public for visits, even on holidays.

For correct operation avoiding security alerts, it is recommended to download and install the certificates found on the ACCV certificate download page, although it is not necessary to make the purchase.

In addition, to visit the site, the rules and conditions established below must be respected:

  1. Group bookings and guided tours are temporarily suspended due to the measures taken to curb SARS-CoV-2 infections. The archaeological site can be visited without a guide. A recommended itinerary is indicated to facilitate the unguided visit. It also has the support of information panels and English leaflet that can be downloaded from the website, clicking here, or through scanned QR codes upon arrival.
  2. Only individual visits or in groups of up to 10 people from the same living unit are allowed, with the visitor's own mask, and keeping social distance from other visitors and staff.
  3. Limited capacity: Inside the archaeological site, 50 people simultaneously.
  4. Walk through the sanitizing mat and use hydroalcoholic gel before entering Reception area.
  5. You must follow the marked itinerary and how many safety instructions, closing time and full capacity given by the staff.
  6. Guide dogs, duly accredited, are allowed, but they have to previously passing through the sanitizing mat.
  7. Access with backpacks and other non-essential objects is not allowed. Temporarily, due to the pandemic, there is no left luggage service.

The ticket to visit the archaeological site includes the visit to the Museum of La Olmeda at Saldaña. But first, the advance reservation must be collected at the archaeological site. Then, with the ticket, you can go to the museum on the same day or the next business day. The Museum also returns to its normal schedule, from Tuesday to Sunday, from 10:30 a.m. to 1:30 p.m. and from 4:30 p.m. to 7:00 p.m.
